The LO repeatedly warned residents. City Hall banned us, covered-up, intimated and now fights record requests. Why? Well you know it is worse than what we have found so far!!!

Back in 2015 and 2016, through 4 elections that covered elected offices, and the Hospital Debacle. While we warned residents that City Hall was lying, City Hall with Tom Bullock, Colin McEwen, Jenn Pae, Mike Summers leading the way, had decided that it was far better to present greatly inflated numbers, and false accounting, than present the truth to residents and trusting them to make up their mind based on actual facts.

Not only did City Hall decide it was better for themselves if they lied, they also went out of their way through various groups to attack, marginalize, and in some cases sent out intimidation to silence critics telling the truth. But also try to shut down all conversations they could, that dare to doubt their entirely bogus numbers, but also stand in the way of them getting elected or re-elected.

That's correct City Hall generated an enemies list, and went after people for merely telling the truth or daring to ask questions. Making the entire cover-up stand out.

This intimidation continues to this very day, with the help of City Hall. WHAT ARE THEY HIDING?

Well according to ex- Asst. Attorney General of the State of Ohio, they have broken the law, and placed the City of Lakewood into potential financial and legal hardship.

"Public officials should be mindful that their public statements, whether written or oral, may affect the total mix of information available to investors, and should understand that these public statements, if they are materially misleading or omit material information, can lead to potential liability under the antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws."

"Given this potential for liability, public officials who make public statements concerning the municipal issuer should consider taking steps to reduce the risk of misleading investors. At a minimum, they should consider adopting policies and procedures that are reasonably designed to result in accurate, timely, and complete public disclosures; identifying those persons involved in the disclosure process; evaluating other public disclosures that the municipal securities issuer has made, including financial information and other statements, prior to public dissemination; and assuring that responsible individuals receive adequate training about their obligations under the federal securities laws."

Has the City of Lakewood proceeded with the minimum compliance steps, set forth by the SEC? You've seen the documents. You can make your own judgments.

Does the City of Lakewood now have an affirmative duty to consult with its bond counsel and correct these "bogus" public statements? Probably.
City Hall Step Away From The Machine! Release the records!

Lakewood, we have been played, wake-up!

The lead bad actor, imitating life in Lakewood, says:

"I'll swear you were doing a great job...(and then outlines a fraud to get out of the mess they created)...

The pawn (City Council) says "Will it work?"

The lead actor then says: "It's gotta work better than the truth.."

Jim,
You are so right about the intimidation continuing.

That is why I have dash cams in my car at all times!

I sure would like to know who is footing the bill for gas and the time spent by city officials and city employees following me around on a daily basis.

Since we have been fed a bunch of lies and been allegedly robbed by our city government, I think we should file a law suit to make them all have to pay their own legal fees.

We all know the we the tax payers are paying them now!

Remember Mr. Bullock complaining about how much the hospital law suit was costing the city?

Mr. Bullock, how about you and your cronies pay your own legal fees!

Can you post some pictures, ideally with license plates?

Thanks, but the information has been handed over to my attorney and I have been advised not to say anything further at this time.
