Unmasking the Maskers: Why Are Marx, Butler & McEwen Hiding Public Biz from the Public they "Serve"?

So, what does Candidate Cindy Marx not want us to know about what she wrote to McEwen and Butler on December 7, 2015 shortly before the press conference announcing the Master Agreement that night that McEwen's "7 Member Communications Army" was so proud to have negotiated behind closed doors?
Below is one the the adulterated public records that Butler "produced" last July, 2016 under a Court deadline.
The part is of the first document RED was made invisible by Butler & Co.
The second document is what Butler sent me and how it looked with the redactions made invisible without the use of software to uncover.
Is this a McEwen military secret? Doe is involve high level "City Security" and "City Defense" secrets?
What are they so embarrassed about?

It must be something damaging, because they have invested a lot of time and effort in hiding it.
Ironically, Marx touts her campaign as "A Bold Vision for Lakewood".
How can there be vision if information is kept out of sight?

Perhaps the "Cindy Marx Comment.docx" is what she is reading at the press conference (starts at 8:39). I have always been struck at how her affect is in stark contrast to the words she is reading, like a hostage being forced to read a statement she doesn't believe.

Does Mr. Butler really believe that a judge is going to let him get away with redacting public records that he was ordered by the court to turn over?
Does Mr. Butler really believe he is above the law and will suffer no consequences by refusing to follow a court order?
How far is Mr. Butler willing to go to allegedly help cover up the alleged crimes of the council and his Boss?
Mr. Butler, it is not too late to go to the authorities and turn over evidence. If you don't, I believe there is a good chance you will lose your law license when this mess is finally over.

I like the still photo showing for the video. Looks like someone is getting ready to puke.

Either that or he's contemplating all those reams of paper.

Maybe he does. Despite his Republican pedigree, Summers are weaseled himself into the Cuyahoga County Democratic Machine. They might think that someone could "help them out". As a lifelong Democrat, I'm savvy enough to see that things can happen.

See my first response.

He'll play the string out as long as possible.
He's betting that he'll get through this. I'm no lawyer, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's the eventual "fall guy".
As this drags on, City Hall operatives continue to marginalize this entire thing as a "conspiracy theory". I saw a "Team Summers' member say that on Facebook today.
Ironically, many of the same people eagerly believe and spread the "Russia and Trump teamed up to rig the election" story.

I did not post this and I don't want it associated with me. Can you fix it?

Looks like a mix-up in using the quote function. I deleted it here and above, and wrote JOB about it. Dan

It simply amazes me that these fools continue to back a failing Mayor.
Mr. Butler, it appears that you will hang in till the end with supporting Mr. Summers. I predict, if you do, you will no longer have a license to practice law when all is said and done.
This whole mess sounds like an episode of Law and Order, Criminal Intent!

I believe and it is my humble opinion that this "hiding records" business borders on this:
3.07 Misconduct in office - forfeiture.
Any person holding office in this state, or in any municipal corporation, county, or subdivision thereof, coming within the official classification in Section 38 of Article II, Ohio Constitution, who willfully and flagrantly exercises authority or power not authorized by law, refuses or willfully neglects to enforce the law or to perform any official duty imposed upon him by law, or is guilty of gross neglect of duty, gross immorality, drunkenness, misfeasance, malfeasance, or nonfeasance is guilty of misconduct in office. Upon complaint and hearing in the manner provided for in sections 3.07 to 3.10, inclusive, of the Revised Code, such person shall have judgment of forfeiture of said office with all its emoluments entered thereon against him, creating thereby in said office a vacancy to be filled as prescribed by law. The proceedings provided for in such sections are in addition to impeachment and other methods of removal authorized by law, and such sections do not divest the governor or any other authority of the jurisdiction given in removal proceedings.
