Vehicle Flips On Delaware, Driver Takes Off

This evening around 10pm a Van rolled down Delaware Avenue.
One witness said driver took off and was tackled by a local resident sitting on their porch.
Driver arrested on multiple charges including OVI, Failure To Control, and Seatbelt violation.
Good work Lakewood Police and Fire, and thank you to the resident.
