Infiltrating Campaigns is Illegal

This somewhat reminds me of Nickie J. Antonio. There is no question that Ms. Antonio appeared to support Michael J. Skindell for Lakewood Mayor, and then suddenly switched sides less than a year later.R.C. 3517.21 Infiltration of campaign - false statements in campaign materials - election of candidate.
No person, during the course of any campaign for nomination or election to public office or office of a political party, shall knowingly and with intent to affect the outcome of such campaign do any of the following:
(1) Serve, or place another person to serve, as an agent or employee in the election campaign organization of a candidate for the purpose of acting to impede the conduct of the candidate's campaign for nomination or election or of reporting information to the employee's employer or the agent's principal without the knowledge of the candidate or the candidate's organization;
When did Antonio know she supported Mike Summers? Did she actually support Mike Summers when she purported to be supporting Mike Skindell?
Did Antonio leak any strategies or information from the Skindell campaign and take it back to the Summers campaign?
In fairness, Nickie J. Antonio was not the only individual to infiltrate Save Lakewood Hospital and/or Mike Skindell for Lakewood Mayor's campaign. One individual came to a few early Save Lakewood Hospital meetings and purported to support saving the hospital. Next, she appears with BuildLakewood and on several of the mayor's committees. She and her husband also own a dump rental property on Garfield that the mayor is apparently giving them a "free ride" on fixing.
In summary, I think it is likely that a whole courtroom could be filled with alleged "infiltrators" of Save Lakewood Hospital and/or Mike Skindell's campaigns.
