well James, I'm just saying, I bet they don't live in the Winton Place, where the rent is a bit higher, I have nothing against most tenants who pay $600.00 a month, it's not the price you pay, but the life you live. Again, find me the responsible tenants who pay $600.00 and don't cause problems, or destroy the place... few and far between.

I rented 2 bedrooms, in a double house to a black couple, mid 40's they were the best tenants I ever had. clean, respectful, quiet and helpful, the white couple downstairs also paid $600. they were there for years, The white gal who lives downstairs, used the other tenants washer/dryer when they were not home? Really? I caught her red handed, her boyfriend was shocked and a witness. Instead of evicting them, the white trash, I put the place up for sale. (the black couple was already leaving),

Also, the black women upstairs had a health problem, breathing, and she told everyone in the house, so they know, the white gal downstairs used "pine sole" every time she did the wash, the aroma drifted upstairs to her apartment, it gaged her, caused major problems, they had to move out. The white bitch ran these great tenants out, so prejudice that she had to get rid of them. Both paid $600., one good, one bad, how do you tell?

Later I heard, she had passed away, so sorry, why didn't the white bitch pass? Thinking she's so good, living with a boy friend for 20 years, using other peoples laundry facilities? When I was selling, I offered them a deal, they said, "we don't want to live in this neighborhood" they had lived there for 25 years. ? and still there. they could have controlled who moved in, you can fix a broken arm, but you can't fix dumb, lol

Tim I did not notice where I said jackie said that. He creates an atmosphere with his comments in my humble opinion.

Please don't be so hard on me, In 1970, my family paid $70. a month, should have been $250., but the owner knew we were safe occupants. Today you can't tell, everyone sings a great song, but when the fat lady sings, it's over, most times. I just believe, if you renovate and improve your places, charge more rent, you may avoid the problems, we have all had. maybe not, but chances are a bit better? that's all I'm saying.

I never knew the white women was a bigot, a raciest, how do you tell? At $1000. they never would have applied. Nor would the black couple, You never know. How bout those Cavaliers?
