A Christmas Wish

Now that we have met the opposition to the Deck, with more and more accredited professionals coming on board, calm intelligent discussions and more and more Observers, asking important serious questions about City Hall, Ethics, Contractual Law, Campaign Laws, First Amendment violations, and more.
Dr. Keller, could you please start a thread on various forms of government, various charters, and your work on the various cities charters. I believe we have 4 members of the last Charter Review currently taking part in the Deck. I have often had the privilege of listening to you talk about government and charters, and while driving through Cleveland Heights yesterday, with dry, clean streets, and a City Manager, the thought came back, "What are the advantages and disadvantages?"
2017 is the year, LO starts to clear the air, while continuing to explain and helping understand the complex issues, while continuing bringing people together like no other group in Lakewood does, week after week.
Merry Christmas, 2017 is going to be sunny and bright.
