First, thanks Brian for sharing your pictures. You do a great job. Wow! Look everybody! Look what 7 million dollars of YOUR tax dollars paid for, a pile of rubble! Merry Christmas to CCF, compliments of Summers, Council and Extend Company. To the citizens of Lakewood, the Summer's clan wishes to hold up a middle finger to you!
Let's see, bad roads, high crime, 24/7, 365 garbage out on tree lawns. a crappy Urgent Care that can't even handle a diaper rash, seniors not able to pay high transportation costs for medical care, and an entire empire of alleged money launderers spanning from our city,to the county and to the county courts, stealing our city from us.
Does this sound like a good deal?

The crummiest garage in town, that should have been demolished - is the weird one behind the INA building.

Classiest Lawther/Babin architecture of the 1970s. I am really interested in how the investors in Lakewood Center North intend to market that edifice.

The assessment of the Professional Building says it has weird floor plans and awful window views.
Lakewood Center North is TWICE as big and has TWICE as much in bad floor plans and AWFUL window views - especially for residential.
North doesn't even have a walkway attached to the garage. Professional Building was attached to garage.
Wrong building and garage got scrapped.

The wrong garage did indeed get scrapped.
Then again, the north garage appears to be owned by Gus Frangos and/or family, hidden behind numerous shell LLC's and the family lawyer from NYC. Remember when City Hall didn't want to tell us who owned it? Gee, I wonder why. Also, Lou Frangos (brother of Gus?) used to own the Buckeye Beer Engine Building. Gus Frangos is President of the Cuyahoga Land Bank, which appears to be a large scam and a front for HUD and CDBG fraud, in my humble opinion.
Also, the INA Building and garage behind it appear to have been previously owned by Gus Frangos and/or family under the same shell LLC that currently owns the north garage. Then, that INA Building and garage behind it were sold to 14701 Detroit LLC in 2008. 14701 Detroit LLC is a shell LLC apparently owned by the Risman Family, according to public records. The Rismans apparently donated $10 million to the Cleveland Clinic at one point, see

I don't believe for a minute that Mayor/Public Safety Director Michael P. Summers does not know Gus Frangos.
Walk up some of the stairwells in that garage. Water damage, graffiti, missing fire extinguishers, crumbling concrete, and numerous other violations abound.
Then again, perhaps membership does have its rewards.

If you go to Light Up Lakewood tonight, stop by if you want and look at the crumbling garage brought to you by Frangos and Family!
