Death Shuts Down I-90, Fire Closes Ridgewood

This afternoon around 5pm a call went out fo a kitchen fire that had gotten out of control at 1482 Ridgewood.
A two family wood structure, the fire was on the first floor.
Lakewood Police and Fire responded quickly...
... getting everyone out of the house, safe and then putting out the grease fire in the kitchen.
The first floor had smoke and water damage, but structure and people saved!
Then a call went out for an RTA Bus that struck and killed a pedestrian walking along I-90 in the Eastbound lane. As of this writing Eastbound I-90 is still closed, and the westbound lanes and city are backing up. The accident was between Bunts and W117th Street which is Cleveland's part of I-90.
