Back in the 70's & 80's, the Big Egg was the place to go after the bars closed. Great food, great people, a little bit of everything, all types, loved it. We hit the place cause it was on the way home, the food was great, the atmosphere, the people, could not be beat.

This is a different time, things have changed, now, the Big Egg is out of my way, too much hassle to drive to, it's not on my way anywhere. Recently I noticed their new advertisement, "See our new menu", "no more late night", "park in our secured parking lot", all of this detects, slow business. It is located in a desert.

It's not the food, it's not the hours, it is the location, no one wants to go there anymore, there is nothing there, I wish they would relocate, Clifton at W 117th is happening, I wish they would move into the old Starbucks spot, convenient, parking, safe & busy, very busy area, all the high rise apartments, the gay vibe, it would be fabulous. Big Egg, please relocate to Clifton, you will be very successful. I would even be a partner if wanted. so hungry, Jack

Don't' consider Bob Evans, they will be closing. Over priced processed food, brought in from a processed manufacturer, in containers, you will do better.

Your right James, The Egg Palace", 2:30 AM, on a Friday or Saturday night, if you didn't get a date at the bars, you surely find one at the egg palace.. not to mention the omelets... and the crispy home fires....
