ONE LAKEWOOD WEBSITE

I have complained numerous times to City Hall about the user-UNfriendly One Lakewood Website. I am trying to get the name and contact information for Lakewood's Building Inspector. Does anyone have this information readily available?

I can order dinner from China Garden on their website but I sure as heck can't find an answer to any City question on this ridiculous website.
