Lawyer Jay Carson (the puppeteer who directs Rossen here on the Deck) tells Channel 5 News:

"The health center will move forward because of a binding contract" even if that contract is voted down by the majority of Lakewood Voters.

Carson also said if 64 fails "it may open up the door for the other side to go once again to court, to a judge to drag the city back into court to try to stop this."

So Messrs. Carson and Rossen,

The OTHER SIDE you are referring to will be the majority of Lakewood Voters if Issue 64 is defeated.

So come on here and tell us if you can, exactly who does the Lakewood "Voters" for Progress PAC represent?

Kevin Butler has opined that a single case decided in Ohio will be the deciding factor in the city's favor if Issue 64 is decided in favor of the deal opponents.

I think he's being overly optimistic.

Can anyone confirm for me that this was only aired once on the 8:00 A.M. newscast? It seems that most people would view it on one of the evening newscasts. It really doesn't even surprise me anymore. I called several investigative reporters from different stations telling them that I had tangible evidence of multiple rapes and a possible housing scam in Lakewood. I never even got a call back. I guess they don't want to give up that CCF advertising money.

If it's a done deal, perhaps the voters for progress should send out a letter to every taxpayer informing them that millions of their tax dollars are paying to tear down the south garage and south medical building, apparently as a gift to CCF. Meanwhile, we have roads falling apart, garbage lying around everywhere, and you name it.

Perhaps they are saying it is a done deal because they know that they appear to have Judge John P. O'Donnell wrapped around their finger. He continues to take money from Thompson Hine, Ryan Nowlin's law firm, and others for his supreme court campaign.

Regardless of how this election turns out, it is crucial that recall campaigns go out, before Michael P. Summers and Co. steal our whole city and run.
