If Issue 64 Fails, the Clinic Pays the City's Legal Fees: Read The Agreements

So the Master Agreement and the 1996 Definitive Agreements both require CCF/LHA to cover all of Lakewood's legal fees in any litigation.

Butler issued letter to that effect under the 1996 Agreement last year:
It is in plain language that Section 9 of the 1996 Agreement remains in force under Master Agreement.

So why are City Hall and the Insider's PAC claiming the city will have to pay a bunch of attorneys fees if Issue 64 fails?

It seems that nobody at City Hall read the agreements.

Mr. Lee,

Please also note that the CCF offshore Cayman Islands insurance company was paid a$2.5 million premium per the Master Agreement.

That policy should protect the City from the malfeasance on Summers, Bullock and Madigan.

CCF has us covered!

This is reading like the plot of a John Grisham novel. Except it is much more serious.

What we have here is a failure to fiduciate.

2.5 million to an off shore insurance company? What does that sound like? I believe they made a big mistake choosing the Cayman Islands. There is extradition there!
