The Observation Deck

So Rick Uldricks, the Client of Attorney Jay Carson (Chairman of Build Lakewood Rebranded as Voters for Progress PAC), tried to violate the Constitutionally Protected Free Speech of two citizen bloggers by outing their identities through issuing a subpoena.

In the case in which Uldricks was characterized in court filings as a "serial harasser" of citizens for their political views, the Court quashed the subpoena dealing a crippling blow to Jay Carson and his law partners' concocted claims.

The Court stated in its ruling: "The Unidentified Defendants were engaging in constitutionally protected speech."

It is only a matter of time before the Uldricks entire sham lawsuit concocted by Dark Money Insider and Summers/Bullock operative Jay Carson is thrown out of court as completely frivolous. I predict a ruling not too long from now in which the Court issues a similar ruling in favor of Jim O'Bryan and the Lakewood Observer

As others have said, which bears repeating, Insider Carson, et al are bullies trying to shut people up. Example: Summers banned the free press from City Hall.

Thankfully we have Courts to protect us from our local government Insiders.

So does this same law protect the unnamed people here on the Observation Deck (despite the bogus Deck rules that claim real, full names need to be used)?

Is that why the Deck is granting immunity to certain people in order to protect their names and identities? Is this to help them aid in the UpperDeckers push toward the City and other future endeavors?

I would have loved to have your SL group in the event, but they took a route that did not favor entrance into the event. I spoke with the President of your group and another memeber and we were all in understanding. Their free speech was not blocked, it was quieted by their own foot in their mouth.

I have been following rules, always have. Check your rules. The only time I break them is when I am using a quote of one your rule breaking UpperDeckers. Otherwise I'm guessing you do not know your own rules. (Personal attacks, that's your specialty by the way - a definite rule infringement, but in your case it doesn't carry a penalty.)

So you mean to tell me that an organization who is fighting for freedom of speech and touting that they are the only option for free speech is going to "delete someone" for not bowing down to them. Wow! You must be proud of what you are standing and fighting for. If only you could hear yourself.

More lies by troll Corey, but what would you EXPECT??

Save Lakewood Hospital PAID for a booth at Jordan's Family Foundation because we believed (right or wrong) that his little foundation might be beneficial to the health of some individuals.

He did NOT speak to the chairman of Save Lakewood Hospital.

He and SLH did NOT come to "any kind of mutual agreement".
