ISSUE 64 - LAKEWOOD

Referendum on Ordinance No. 49-15
(by Petition)
City of Lakewood

A majority affirmative vote is required for passage.
Shall Ordinance No. 49-15 of the City of Lakewood authorizing the execution and delivery of an agreement by and between the City of Lakewood, the Lakewood Hospital Association, and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and authorizing and approving related matters be approved?

I'm wondering if the city has any input into the choice of a number. We saw indications earlier that part of their strategy is to cause confusion between the Charter Amendment and now the Referendum.
