If It Is So Good...

... why the lies and misrepresentation?
With proof of this going back years and years and years, and hundreds of secret meetings, just to announce, "The Hospital Is Not Closing, And, We are Getting $120 million in economic development." by Mayor Summers over a year ago.
Mayor Summers:
Why no real facts?
Why lies and misrepresentation?
Why are you still hiding documents?
Why can't you simply tell the truth for once, in 16 months about the hospital.
The Hospital was closing, and you knew, and worked on it for 5 years, and you knew there was NEVER $120 million in Development.
Over the last year on the Deck, we have proven time and time again, our elected officials are lying and covering up, the single biggest issue in Lakewood Ohio over the last 50 years. Not made mistakes, but outright lied to every resident, time and time and time again.
On the backside, they fight residents right to see the documents. FIGHT TO STOP LAKEWOODITES FROM SEEING PUBLIC DOCUMENTS!
Then there is the online effort of lies, bullying, shouting down. Everything that comes from a newly emerging fascist state. As proven here.
WE MUST HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE!
Whoever was involved in this nightmare, MUST NOT be allowed near the funds in the next phase of this debacle!
This deal stinks, and smells worse and worse every minute.

The Mayor is confident his lies will not matter.
He may be right.

The Mayor, Council, and the LHA, just cost this city $350 million dollars. No city can withstand that loss.
Now they scramble to cover their asses.
They merely liquidated all assets, skimming nearly $90 million for themselves, their friends, and those that plotted with them. What does the city get? We get to see the Mayor's co-conspirators manage $19.7 million, given to them, as we cannot be trusted, anyway they want. Wheeeeee!
As I said in January 2015. What would have happened if Chris Christie sold the George Washington Bridge channeling all the money to his friends?
It will hurt with service, business, taxes, schools, and on and on and on and on. As proven over 200 years in "Slaughter of Cities"
Cities killed by developers with agendas, and good minded people looking for something new. Chemistry upset, community struggles, dies.

I guess that depends on your/his/our definition of "matter" and "right."

Corrected to add CCF...
The Mayor, Council, and the LHA, AND CCF just cost this city $350 million dollars. No city can withstand that loss. Now they scramble to cover their asses.

So for over 5 years, Mayor Summers and other have planned in secret to liquidate our largest employer, center of health care, and open up 7 acres in DowntowN Lakewood, and the only thing we know is...
Dream Big, No Bigger. Even Trump doesn't have the nerves to say that BS!
I mean they gave accountant, Margarette Harkness, 3.5 months before attacking her for no plan.
Lakewood residents are getting played, BIG TIME!

If it's so good and they're telling the truth, why do I appear to have undercover police parked in front of my house? Why do I appear to be often trailed by city employees, in both city and personal vehicles? Why do I have police-looking vehicles appear to be doing "box-in" maneuvers on my car in the Madison Park parking lot? Why do city employees appear to know my routine? Why do they appear startled when they know I caught them?
A couple weeks ago, a public works truck appeared to be trailing me in the Drug Mart parking lot. When the driver appeared to notice that I caught onto him, he proceeded to speed down the side street at roughly 50 MPH, possibly in an attempt to "lose the heat". In my travels, I eventually found him parked the wrong way in front of a house on Morrison (maybe his house).
If the deal is so good, why does my son appear to be followed by public works and parking enforcement vehicles every time he walks or bicycles? This is not just a coincidence, we are talking driving around the block three and four times.
I am keeping a photo album of these encounters with what appear to be my escorts. A lawyer friend once told me : document, document, document!
With that being said, I do not feel that most city employees enjoy doing this. While I cannot prove it, I have my suspicions that this is an attempt to keep me quiet. I don't see that happening any time soon. If the mayor or members of his company wish to know my whereabouts, they can feel free to contact me and I can send them my weekly agenda. Better yet, maybe the mayor or members of his company could ride along, since they appear to be so interested in what I am investigating!

Perhaps they are trying to figure out who is following them?
