Dominion East Ohio had a notice in my bill this months, it states: Beginning August 13th, 2016, all bills will have an added fee, called the Uncollectible Expense Rider, which is a fee to cover the cost/loss of funds Dominion cannot collect from whoever. Where on average, it will add $2.88 per year per household. Wish I could add a fee to my tenants for losses I've suffered due to neglect, damage and destruction done to my property.

Who doesn't hate when companies do this? What is our recourse? Nothing! We are a captive audience and they know it. I certainly would think about changing companies but you can't.

Wait till Summers and Extended Company hit us with a large city income tax increase. They have to make up for the lost income from the hospital somehow!
