Heavy Rains Causes Accident And Problems On I-90

Around 1pm this afternoon heavy rains moved through the area flooding I-90 causing one car to aquaplane into the wall.
Traffic was cut down to one lane Westbound, causing a massive back up.
One person taken to Fairview Hospital.
Back to normal in an hour.
