Summers Gate 6: Insiders Carson, Summers, Uldricks, Bullock Tied to Both LVFP PAC and "Conspiracy Theory" Lawsuit

Post by Brian Essi »

Attached are the latest documents linking these Insiders who have Rebranded themselves as “Voters for Progress” to a frivolous lawsuit by Jay Carson’s law firm and Rick Uldricks. Ironically, the lawsuit Jay Carson concocted with then Summers’ employee and campaign worker, Uldricks, alleges conspiracy theories and now Carson, Bullock, Summers are now all accusing other nameless “activists” of “using conspiracy theories..to spread doubt.” Conspiracy theorist Uldricks is their delivery boy promoting the "conspiracy theory."

Recall that Uldricks was convicted of "Telecommunications Harassment" related to his conduct during a Richmond Heights ballot issue and he sent postcards to Lakewood residents during last year's charter campaign that Summers' own HR chief said were "meant to intimidate" residents who were for that charter issue. In a Lakewood Police video taped confession with Jay Carson as his attorney, Carson and Uldricks told the police detective of the conspiracy In other words, to defend Uldricks behavior "meant to intimidate", Carson and Uldrick whipped up a "conspiracy theory" that Uldricks was somehow a victim.

Below is Uldricks post promoting the Voters for Progress.

The proof that these are the same Insiders who victimized Lakewood and the most vulnerable among us has been well documented. For example, the PAC fka Build Lakewood/No 64 now REBRANDED as Voters for Progress used charitable money that Bullock and Summers were entrusted by law to use to help the poor---they mailed false and misleading postcards (example attached below) containing the fraudulent claims, among others that their opposition’s charter amendment would:

1. “Will prevent Improvements to the Hospital”—when the lying Insiders were trying to close the hospital.
2. “Lakewood Hospital will be bankrupt within 3 years”---the Insiders bankrupted, liquidated and looted the hospital at less than bankruptcy prices in two months.
3. “Issue 64…prevents action that could save the Hospital”—these very Insiders were against saving the hospital and desperately trying to close it.
4. “The hospital inevitable bankruptcy will eliminate jobs and income tax revenue”—the Insiders’ deal eliminated jobs and tax revenues.
5. “Will leave Lakewood with a vacant hospital building and fewer health care options”--the Insiders’ deal leaves use with any empty building and fewer health care options.

As the neutral and objective Steve Davis noted in his post last night to the Insiders soliciting Davis for money to spread more of their lies:

"..stop spreading "false information" based on the supposed rights and privileges gained by a self-defined mandate."

i.e. the claim of a "mandate" is yet another lie.

So exactly like the last campaign where the Insiders accused others of doing exactly what the Insiders were doing, their new campaign is launched by accusing others of doing exactly what the Insiders are now doing in the campaign and the frivolous lawsuit.

As a side note, it's interesting to see so-called progressive Democrat Tom Bullock's signature alongside a couple of Republicans.
One small blessing of this hospital fiasco is that it guarantees Bullock will never reach higher office.

Talk about inaccuracies!?

The second sentence has a GLARING inaccuracy:

"...to operate a new, state-of-the-art medical center on the site of the former Lakewood Hospital."

Ummm, the site of the Clinic's FHC is across the street on the site of the Professional Office Building, NOT on the Lakewood Hospital site!

Will these people ever get their story straight? Did Carson, Summers or Bullock, who signed this plea for $, even read it???

What irony too that "the opposition has shown a willingness to spread false information in an attempt to scare voters". What a joke, as it seems that they are talking about themselves!  (see above)

It's a typical bully tactic - accuse others of what you yourself have done.

It seems to be quite prevalent on that side - lie, then claim the other side lied. Bully and intimidate people then say they did it to you.

It will come crashing down on them one day soon.

Mr. Essi this is a great post.
I think if you go back you'll note that Corey Rossen rolled out the collusion/conspiracy narrative awhile back. It was a bit of a drumbeat, his insistence that we were colluding on The Deck. And then of course there is the newly resurfaced Mr. Kenny, who speaks only for himself while suggesting that others think and act as a collective.
There will be many false narratives in the days ahead but make no mistake the" collusion/conspiracy" thread is central to what Build Lakewood wants to convey.

So Carson claimed he hates bullies (se his post last October 5, 2015).

But now it appears he is a proactive representative of and "Chairman" leading the Insiders in what has been referred to above as "bullying" tactics.

He also was and/or is the attorney for Uldricks. Carson "hates" bullies?

While I am not a bully, Carson's post below is an admission that Carson "hates" me. A remarkably hypocritical and contradictory statement from a person who only minutes early spoke before City Council about civil discourse.

As Steve Davis would say "Huh? Hmmm"

I'll save Lori the post: "But Summers is a Democrat."

Mr. Buckley,

Definition:
Conspiracy---a secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful.
"a conspiracy to destroy the government"

Other than the one time we spoke in front of my house when you interrupted your bike ride (for a few minutes to introduce yourself), you and I have never met or spoken.

So our interactions here in the open world wide web Observation Deck hardly meet the definition of a "secret plan to destroy the government".

That won't stop Insiders Carson, Summers and Bullock from repeating the falsehoods all the way to the bank with the dark money they collect.
