The Observation Deck

My gay twin brother has an obsession, blowing bubbles all over Madison Ave, across from Barrio's. it is ridiculous, early in most evening, you may see a sea of bubbles blowing down the street. They drift & float up & down the Avenue, kids stop & are awed by the spectacle, after a few minutes, their parents want to move on, the kids don't want to leave. This creates a problem, dogs snap at them, they sparkle & twinkle late into the night. The bubbles sometimes land on the plates of diners at Barrio's or The Beer Engine. I don't know what to do. Rufus loves them, but do I bend to the wishes of Rufus over the entertainment of the my public?

Thank god he got a "Bubble Machine"' he was looking winded.

Your brother must have an amazing formula for the bubbles if they are crossing the street in one piece! I don't think I've ever seen a bubble last more than ten seconds. I say let him have at it until the complaints roll in...
