Commotion at Center North & North Garage

Tonight around 9:20, a call went out for a "structure fire" at the Center North Building. Fire crews stayed on scene for a good twenty minutes. I did not see any burning or any evidence that anything was burnt.
What was interesting is that the police had about four juveniles or young adults detained on one of the picnic tables behind the North Garage. They detained them for at least fifteen minutes. I did not see anyone being arrested. Eventually, both the police and all but two of the detained individuals left the area, leaving two of the young adults still on the same picnic table.
One person was taken away in an ambulance, according to my observations. I could not tell what the reason was.
After the police and most of the crowd had dispersed, I saw a male in a blue Honda SUV park on Detroit in front of the hospital. He quickly jogged up Belle Ave. toward the North Garage. When I saw this male, I was almost certain that it was Gus Frangos, President of the Cuyahoga Land Bank. The man that very closely resembled Frangos only stayed in the area for about two minutes, before hastily driving away eastbound on Detroit. It should be noted here that according to public records, Gus Frangos and/or his family own the North Garage. For a while, Gus Frangos and/or his family also owned Buckeye Beer Engine.
Speaking of Gus Frangos, please take a look at these links. This is important, as the Cuyahoga Land Bank owns a few vacant lands where allegedly stolen homes once stood, and he and/or his family also own the North Garage:

Take a minute to read these and absorb them. It is interesting, yet as astoundingly sad.
I certainly hope his ethics and property maintenance are better in Lakewood than other parts of Cuyahoga County!
