Meanwhile, this is happening in the United States (not the UK). Ohio, in fact.

People on the Deck, and elsewhere, face criminal charges if they continue their ways.

Funny thing is I actually edited down some of it because I referenced "may" or "could" so often that it was too obvious. At least you see the difference in the meanings of the words used. Are you a lawyer?
