... was the call that went out on the police scanner, when I went back and checked the archives today.
Around 6:25 pm.
Being right next to City Hall made it a convenient stop for a lot of police!
Apartment resident ... saw in apartment resident's ... saw a bloody but still breathing...
I have no idea how it ends, but love this last photo.
