Jim O’Bryan illegally accessed my personal account. Why? Form of stalking, harassment, both or other?

As stated below in the Lakewood Observer Policies Section, oh wait, there are no Policies stated for the Observation Deck online forum, just for the Lakewood Observer paper:

Who at the Observer Project can access my account? I think it should be openly stated who is logging into my account or has access to do so. Accountability matters.
Dan Ott
Jim O’Bryan
Observeradmin (please provide names of who has access to this login account)
Raul Montejo
Stephen Davis
DL Meckes
Jim DeVito
I know this list is not accurate, nor updated online, because it still contains Ken Warren’s name and listing so please provide an updated list.
People on the Deck wonder why city officials and other members of the community do not post or go online with the Deck – one simple reason could be that it is simply not safe. Jim O’Bryan, for example, has access to accounts as he has proven by him hacking into my personal account. Why would a city official, or anyone else for that matter, want to deal with a lack of online security, especially here on the Deck?
Below is an example of a screen shot of Jim O'Bryan replying back to a Michael Deneen post. Notice that in the "written by" line is Jim's name. Then you see the post from Deneen under the highlighted green. Then you see Jim's response post followed by his tagline.
Now, below is an example of a screen shot of a response from Jim O'Bryan to my post. Instead of it being "written by" Jim, it is still my original post with me as the writer. Notice you do not see my post in a highlighted green section, but you do see the highlighted green box from which was the basis of my response. Then you see Jim's response below my original post, yet still under my "written by" box. The post is finished with my tagline, not Jim's.
I believe that my account has been hacked, I cannot come up with another reason for it to appear this way.
Has Jim O'Bryan been in my account?
Have others been in my account? Others from the Lakewood Observer or outside of it?
How long has this gone on?
Has he been in your account? Have others been in your account?
How many accounts has he, or others at the Lakewood Observer, been in?
Is this acceptable?
Is this moral?
Is this legal?
This is troubling and concerning. A lot of questions still unanswered.
Here is the thread.
