Cloudy comments

Some comments were made in another topic that I'd like to address here.
Mostly it is people who are tired of the constant harping on the hospital and bad government themes. I say harp on.
We deserve a nice thread like the one on clouds. We also need a way to air our grievances and keep the hospital topic alive until the November referendum.
If you don't like that it is going on so long, and has caused such long term divisiveness, complain to Council and the town attorney, they are the ones who stalled and delayed the vote - all with nice smiling faces, except when they have to listen to criticism grounded in facts.
I'm as sick of it as anyone, but then I read things like this quote JOB reported awhile back - "Read David Stein's letter to Council and the Mayor, "We must not let this fall apart like the West End did. We cannot allow the public to vote on this." "
That among other things keeps me going. It's a nasty divisive debate, but we the citizens didn't start it or prolong it.
"We cannot allow the public to vote on this."
Yes we can, and yes we must.

I agree.
In the words of Earle Bruce, "When you stick your head in the sand, you're looking to get your butt kicked".

Great post Dan.
It seems to have had a calming effect.
What a beautiful day it has been in Lakewood and on the Deck. People actually sharing ideas and nobody is arguing.
Simply delightful!

Sure, blame me. But here you are talking trash and picking a fight. Typical.

Hilarious.
So...your bait for me, after my not posting on here, was to make a statement about me? You are a genius. I reply back with a "non substance" response and you bait me, again. Genius.
I sure hope I can keep up with you. You have me going good now.
I'll even give you material to work with - I will look forward to your clever response. Okay, here goes, ready for it...I was once a Cubs fan.
(mostly because they put my name on the Wrigley marquee as a "thank you" to me, but it made me a fan for a short time)

So this is what the Observation Deck has become. Such a great project fallen by the wayside. It is now filled with people intentionally setting "traps" and "bait" in order to get a response.
How sad. How very sad.
A sorry reflection upon all those who have tried to make it shine over the years.
The Observation Deck's graffiti is winning.

No need to be so gleeful, the project has withstood worse from far better.

Gleeful? Withstood from far better?
You are a joke.
How am I gleeful?
Why are you insinuating that I am the one trying to bring it down?
Would you be nice to me if I were to say or scream "I AM SAVING LAKEWOOD HOSPITAL" or "JIM O'BRYAN IS LAKEWOOD'S GOD" or "THIS KOOL-AID TASTES GREAT, I WISH I WERE DRINKING IT ALL ALONG?"
The graffiti is winning - just look at its leader. You attack me on this. Hilarious. Now back to your keyboard pedestal.

Sorry, I forgot that I am only supposed to post "bait" on the NEW! Observation Deck now.
What a joke!
