Re: Potholes: Is Summers First, Subjects Second?

It has come to my attention that either Friday or sometime over the weekend, Wilbert Rd. was patched all the way through from Lake to Cliff Dr. They even patched by the catch basins, water valves, and all the way from curb to curb.
The following streets will be patched after Wilbert, although most of them get much more traffic than Wilbert:
- Atkins
- Hathaway
- Westlake
- Hall
- Edgewater (near Kirtland Ln.)
- Roy
- Donald
- Parkhaven Row
- Margaret
- Others
Photographic evidence below:
Did Summers' call and complain about his street? I don't know for sure. However, it would be typical of a Lord such as Lord Lakewood to put himself first and his subjects and serfs last.
Maybe they reserved what little patch the city could afford for Wilbert and they are waiting on a Cleveland Clinic contractor to come in and do the rest of the streets because Lakewood can't afford patch and a contractor would be cheaper!
