Car Into Pole, Then, Pole Into Car

Around 8pm tonight, a call went out because a car had hit a pole. Well that was part of the story.
It seems a woman was driving a red SUV, came around the corner at Detroit and Bunts and hit the telephone pole.

The pole fell directly on the next car in line...
... smashing the rear quarter panel and rear window.
The SUV being towed away, while the woman sits in the back of the police car.
As the sun set, the cars were towed away, and Lakewood Police and Fire waited for CEI to get the wires out of the way.
Good work Lakewood Police and Fire Departments. Move along, nothing to see... Oh wait!

Was alcohol a factor?
Also, did anyone listen to the radio news this morning? They reported that a kid called 911 and told the police that his mom was driving drunk down Madison in Lakewood. This story was pulled from the airwaves by 10 A.M.
Glad she was okay.

What are those scribbles in white spray paint on the sidewalk and brickwork? Please tell me that's not some jerk tagging 20 feet of our sidewalk.

Todd,
These are utility markings. I think they are for the gas company. They usually mark these to show where the gas lines are, etc.
