Is it "mysterious" that I was 2 hours ahead of Summers' PR prepared statement on Siley debacle?

The Tabloid posted Summers' press release at instructed at 4:15 pm.--just as folks were leaving for the weekend.

No need for a Planning Director--just follow precedence set on the west side of Belle by paying people to take the real estate on the east side of Belle.
