Did John P. O'Donnell Postpone SLH's Lawsuit Again?

Does anybody know the reason why the pre-trial hearing set for this week was postponed again? Did SLH ask for more time or is O'Donnell stalling again?
If it is the latter, I feel it should be painfully obvious to anyone that O'Donnell appears to be in on it.
I called down to the civil division (headed by Ms. Byrd, whom I believe covered for Fitz! during his administration). Nobody could tell me the reason for the postponement nor who ordered the postponement. The clerk I spoke to searched for quite some time. She said she was baffled, as she said that judges are supposed to sign off on this stuff. She said he had not done this. She did not know what the problem was.
Is this another stall tactic? Isn't this the same deja vu as Summers & Company?
I have stated numerous times on here that O'Donnell almost lives in Summers' backyard. He is very active in the city and with the schools and city events. Does anyone really believe that he does not know Summers at all?
A recusal could have and should have been requested. Ignoring the facts is almost as bad as giving Summers & Company the key to the destruction of Lakewood.
FWIW.
