The Observation Deck

I have been trying for 3 days to p.m. folks, even JOB. Although I get a "sent successfully" notice once I hit submit, the e-mails are still stuck in my outbox and aren't getting sent. Does anyone know how I can rectify the situation?

They show that way until the addressee reads/opens them.
