This week, at a City Hall Architectural Review Board meeting about CCF's "glass block" FHC, CCF's General Counsel Michael Meehan said he came to the meeting because "Mary Louise" insisted he come and report back to her.

A life long Lakewood resident and former political leader (Madigan) needs a CCF attorney as her source of information about a Lakewood event? Huh? Where are her Lakewood friends?

Back on April 6, 2016, I attended my first COW meeting and saw Atty. Meehan emerge from the backroom with Summers, Madigan and others--very chummy. In that same COW meeting, Sam O'Leary was trying to get a copy of the draft of the Master Agreement that others in the room had (Summers, Meehan, Butler, Haber, Madigan and likely Bullock)--I had insider's knowledge as to who had the agreement. Madigan and Butler stonewalled O'Leary's efforts to get a copy the draft Master Agreement--which was a public record.

Later, Mr. O'Leary recounted to me that Atty. Meehan had threatened O'Leary saying "We have to go after you (O'Leary)" while Madigan nodded with approval Meehan's threats. Madigan and Meehan had teamed up against O'Leary because O'Leary dared to suggest that City Council consider that CCF may breached its agreements with the city. Do you think that a 26 year old councilman might have been a little intimidated by MultiBillion Dollar CCF's top lawyer and City Council President teaming up to threaten him?

Why was a CCF attorney in the backroom with our leaders keeping a public record--the draft Master Agreement--from other leaders and the public? Hmmmm

Madigan's "leadership" was indeed proven to be fake.

Summers has admitted (and documents now on the city website now confirm) that Meehan gave legal advice to Summers, Madigan, Bullock and Haber.

The Love Affair among our city "leaders" and their attorney Meehan exposes a completely fake process that is ongoing as the plans for the CCF FHC and "New" foundation "move forward".

1. What gives Madigan the right to be in the back room with Summers and others? She has not been on council for several months. If she is allowed back there, everyone else should be too. Maybe she is back there as she is the liason between Summers and Armond Budish. Or,.maybe there was more going on back there than what we think!

2. Again, does anyone every wonder why Armond chose Madigan fron Children & Family Services for a communications director? How many people that worked in that department for years were passed up? Maybe the reason for Madigan working directly undeneath Armond is to be a liason between Lord Lakewood and his county comrades. A promotion like this does not happen for no reason. It is usually a favor for someone or something.

A literal love affair? Quite possibly!

It appears Armond is following in Fitz!'s footsteps.

Oops That was a typo. I meant April 6, 2015. The real question is why was Meehan in the backroom acting as a lawyer for the City of Lakewood?

According to my relative that works for the BCI, they take a course on the telltale signs of suspects lying. They were probably in the room trying to make sure they were all on the same page (telling the same lie). This relative has a very good quote:

You tell the truth, the story comes out the same every time. Yes, they can tell by body movements, language, etc whether or not you are lying.

The first time I saw and heard Madigan speak, I felt she was not being honest--of course, as described above, I had insider knowledge that she was withholding information from her colleagues on Council. Her body language was telegraphing her deceit.

Now that we have the Summers testimony we know further that he, Madigan and Bullock were all withholding information from colleagues on council and the public.

It seems rather clear that Madigan's status and relationships with outsiders (like Meehan) were more important than her serving the folks who gave her that status to begin with--She was an easy target for the outsiders to co-opt and play to their advantage.

Let's face it, the whole damn city administration refused to serve their citizens. They are all failures. I somehow feel that this election can be compared to a neutered cat!

It is now clear the weak kneed-empty headed Sam O'Leary caved to the pressure back in 2015.
