This may or may not be old news with the recent controversy surrounding Lakewood Center North, it is worth noting that Kowit & Passov also purchased Lakewood Center North in 2013, according to this article.
18732 Sloane is owned by a Jonathan LTD, according to county records. This is a residence. According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jonathan LTD is owned by a Ronald Degrandis. This is a relative of Fred Degrandis, see http://www5.sos.state.oh.us/ords/f?p=10 ... UM:1088801 According to voter registratio data, a woman in her thirties lives here.
Also according to county records, LSC Service Corporation owns the residence at 1344 Manor Park. The tax mailing address goes to the main offices for the Westerly on Detroit Ave. in suite #149. It is no secret that the Westerly is run by the Cleveland Clinic and the Mike Summers clan (Curt Brosky, Tom Fraser, Bill Gaydos, Tim Laskey, and others).

This link documents that Tom Kuluris is the head honcho at Liberty Development Company. Notice his bio states that he has severed on the Lakewood Citizen's Advisory Committee. We all know that, in most cases, you don't get put on these boards without knowing someone or doing something for someone. According to voter registration data, Mr. Kuluris also lives here in Lakewood on Lake Ave. Conflict of interest?
