The 'For Sale' sign is off the Church of Christ Scientist (Or as my kids refer to it, "The Church of Scientology," not the same, I tell them.) Does anybody know what's going on with that property?

From the article, it looks like they were waiting for loan information from Lakewood and must have received it.

This is good news....this would potentially add 50 jobs.
Now we only need 150 more to make up for the lost insurance jobs at LCN.
Then another 1,100+ to make up for the hospital.
