Another Historical Building For Sale. Related? Maybe?

Post by Lori Allen _ »

I just found out that NEO Realty Group has the historical building at 14805 Detroit for sale. The gentleman that owns this building is John Peca, an attorney downtown. Upon doing further research, I found that he appears to have many friends here in Lakewood. The owner also appears to be heavily involved with and is a partner with the Cleveland Leadership Center. Some other partners of the center, along with Mr. Peca, are:

Michael Horvitz (CCF Board of Trustees)
Jay Foran
Barbara Paynter
Larry Pollock (CCF Board of Trustees)
William Seelbach (son of LHF Board member Carolyn Seelbach, I believe)

Also notice that these people are on the Board of Trustees for the Cleveland Leadership Center:

James Aronoff (partner at Thompson Hine)
Leslie Dunford (Vice President for Administration and Strategic Projects at the Cleveland Foundation)
Laura Hudak Vice President of Administration at TeamNeo

A complete list of partners can be found here:http://www.cleveleads.org/current-partners-list
A complete list of trustee members can be found here: http://www.cleveleads.org/BoardofTrustees
Information about the building for sale can be found here: http://www.neorealtygroup.net/listings/ ... troit-ave/

Also see this link: http://www.cleveleads.org/CLC_AlumniRecognition and scroll down to 11/04/2014. Michael Summers and John Litten were also recognized by Cleveland Leadership Center as alumni that won elected office.

Related? Maybe or maybe not. Still, something worth looking at.

FWIW.
