Will Lakewood Hospital Money Go to Fitzgerald/Thompson Hine's New Non-Profit?

It appears that Ed Fitzgerald has been quite busy working with the Summers gang to come up with a new non-profit to possibly put the Lakewood Hospital money into.

Apparently, the name of the new non-profit is going to be Great Lakes Exposition. See the attachment below to see that Carol R. Russell is the incorporator on file with the Ohio Secretary of State's Office for this non-profit.

See the link below. Apparently, she is a paralegal at Thompson Hine. Be sure to read her whole bio and everything should start to come together.

Also see Ed Fitzgerald's Linkedin page here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edward-fitzgerald-6645b0103

This page claims that he is the Vice President of a commercial real estate firm called PlaceValue. However, I cannot find anything about this company online or with the Ohio Secretary of State's Office. Does it even exist? On the other hand, where is Great Lakes Strategies (the newspaper company) listed on this Linkedin page? He should be very proud of starting his own newspaper company. That would look great on a resume. Oh wait! It was actually Kevin Butler's paper.

Does anyone still think there is not county involvement and/or corruption?

Bump!!!!! Just thought that I would bump this back on top for awhile as I believe this topic has a lot to do with the hospital money and where it could possibly go.

County "government" involvement? Or County "politics" involvement? Or both?

I was speaking with a retired lawyer for the Department of Justice, he was quoting some of your posts.
