Take two minutes to listen to Dr. Terry Kilroy from 12/21/2015:
https://youtu.be/MLjszy9P_jw?t=2h23m38s
Better yet watch Dr. Kilroy's full five minutes on December 21, 2015:

Has this changed the fabric of our society and have we become spiritually impoverished?
What is City Hall doing to heal the wound that Dr. Kilroy spoke of?

I think we need to move on and quit dwelling in the past. We should be thinking of solutions and not keep re-hashing the past. It can have a negative impact on one's mental health.

Personally, I am more interested in what happened in this massive failure, than what they are going to do with the looted funds.
Let's make sure we understand this, so it never happens again, even if it dows not change the outcome.
From day one, my stance has been on lack of honesty and transparency, everyday something comes out of the lawsuit or documents things hidden from us. Not kept from us, but actively hidden and covered up.
FWIW

Dr. Kilroy essentially said that City Council broke it (they gave away our money and property), now they have to fix it.
How is that going to happen?
How will City Hall fix this?

I will say that SLH has done a lot of great work. With that being said, there are others that have also done many hours of research, etc. I believe I have linked this further than the city administration. I have listed the contact information for numerous agencies that could be called for assistance. I am not sure how many people contacted said agencies. I suspect none. I feel that there are now three sides to this issue, and not just two. Hopefully, two sides can come together and share information and work together.
It appears that Sherrod Brown and possibly others at the federal level have played a part as well. More to come later.
FWIW.

Great post Brian. The deal was created for the benefit of a small group of people, assembled in the shadows by dark forces.
