Lakewood got $7M settlement from Jacobs' estate and then Summers talked about it last February at the Wrecreation Task Force meeting to be used to build the Wreck Center on the hospital grounds?

"Think Big" Summers said.

So last February, Summers tied Jacobs' money, the hospital land, the hospital money and the Wreck Center together. Hmmmm

Let's look at City Hall lighten their burden of having to keep documents longer than 4 years, now 2 is the purge time. 5TB hard drives are $150, and we cannot afford to keep legal records longer than 2 years? hmmmmmmmmm

My biggest error, which was REALLY BIG, was that I could not even conceive that the political leadership in Lakewood would provide enthusiastic support for the destruction of a Hospital and the transfer of millions of dollars in economic activity to Lorain County.

Cities across the Country are desperate to keep jobs and industry. The political leadership in Lakewood gives them away.

All the lies, all the deceptions, the abuse of police power, the destruction of jobs, the deliberate destruction and wasting away of City assets for a recreation center. Hey Build Lakewood, was it worth it?

About a year ago, at an SLH meeting, I shared information about why council should not be trusted and that they would never be swayed to vote to save the hospital. Nobody would listen. They thought I was crazy. I guess I was right also.
