LHA Trustees failed in their mission to maintain and operate a hospital for Lakewood residents.
Should any of them be allowed to serve on the new foundation that is supposed to promote health and wellness for Lakewood residents?
Why?

I would love to be a part of an organization that promotes health and wellness to Lakewood residents. I mean, be a part of another organization in addition to the one I am a part of now.

No
When a group of people are trusted to run a project and protect the city's assets and not only fail, but work secretly to destroy the assets they simply cannot be trusted.
When a drunk runs a truck into a ditch, do you tow it out and give him back the keys, no.

"Failure" is in the eye of the beholder.
From the Clinic's perspective, LHA did a wonderful job.
Since the Clinic will run the new foundation, I expect to see a lot of the same faces.
