I've heard that President Obama has or will appoint CCF CEO Toby Cosgrove to the position of US Surgeon General.

How will that appointment affect the federal government's decisions concerning oversight, if any, of the Lakewood Hospital corruption scandal?

Cosgrove declined the position in June 2014.

Perhaps if he had left then it might have made a difference.
