No Charges in Tamir Rice Case

Not a surprise to those following the case....but disturbing nonetheless.
Like the Lakewood Hospital case, an example that the poor and marginalized get no respect in Cuyahoga County.
As Lakewood's minority population grows, it will be interesting to see how police relations evolve here.

Hi Mike,

The whole event is a tragedy for all involved. A mother has lost her child and a policeman's life will never be the same. Unfortunately, the officer had to make a split-second decision for the safety of the public and for his personal safety.

Regardless of race, religon, creed, color, etc., it is my general opinion that all lives matter, including police lives.

I will not add any further, as this is a raw and controversial subject right now. Different people have different opinions on the matter. For now, I will be concentrating on what is happening in Lakewood.

Although it may not get as many views, this may be better-suited for global discussion. Just a thought.
