Judge Dismisses Skindell Case With Prejudice?

Just found on the county website that Judge Friedman dismissed Mike Skindell's lawsuit with prejudice. In other words, he cannot re-file the case on the same grounds (however, I think he could appeal).

I am starting to wonder what on Earth is going on. We have all seen the strong evidence here and in Skindell's complaint. I am hoping that things like this are not going on, see:

In my opinion, there is too much coincidence, too much back-scratching, and too much general cronyism in the county for any trial regarding anything in Lakewood. Mike Summers was even on Budish's campaign website as an endorsement.

See http://cpdocket.cp.cuyahogacounty.us/CV ... LFGIe_gDg2 for the link to the court case.

FWIW.

To be clear, your assumptions are that if things don't go your way locally and even at the County level then there is some grand conspiracy? You are now making blanket accusations of bribery and collusion with no evidence other than not getting your way. About a Judge that when reviewed by peers and attorneys is considered by many to be one of the most compassionate and level headed on the court. You really want to walk down that path? You think that adds credibility to the SLH cause by doing so?
