It is happening in Lakewood. "In the words of City Council: Key Points of the Agreement"

"This agreement means a unique partnership between a community, its doctors and other healthcare providers".

The agreement (if we ever see it) is really only between the City and CCF--and not "a community and its doctors and other healthcare providers" so this is a dishonest and misleading statement i.e. Propaganda.

So what does history call it when a "powerful" leader and a unanimous City Council are in lock step have formed a marriage with a powerful and mighty corporate entity like CCF?

Tom,

That presumes that our "powerful" executive and his legislators are in fact "weak". And you may be right. But one Legislator told me that. the Executive "really believes" in "his" plan. So that implies that it an almost dictatorial "solution" by a supreme leader albeit with the help and power of the almighty CCF. After all, CCF could not accomplish this witth the supreme leader and not could the leader have been rejected without the CCF.

So presuming our perceived "alpha male" leader is not weak, what model in history in the last 80 years or so speaks to the marriage of government and big business?

That implies "common interests". There may be common interests between Summers and CCF. However, in our city it is clear that a health half have different interests and another portion has been misled with lies and Propaganda
