Mayor Summers Exactly Who Is Charged With Baking Our Future In the Backroom and How Will You Involve Us?

Above are a few pages of an elaborate 25 page plan developed by PEOPLE CHARGED WITH ENVISIONING OUR FUTURE (dated May 15, 2014).
Summers made the following statements via a Forum LO piece in July, 2015:
1. “[T]he idea of a recreation center was part of early conversations….
among people charged with envisioning a healthier future for the community.”
2. “The Cleveland Clinic sketched out a …. recreation/wellness facility in envisioning the future for the Lakewood Hospital site. This concept and others have been part of an ongoing discussion about the future of health care in our community.”
3. “ As options and ideas are more fully flushed out, the community will be involved—as it should and must be—in determining how the hospital and surrounding property can best be developed to serve our citizens.
After the election, Summers told the insider's club at LHA that he knows he "messed up" but he still wants to push his deal through with the lame duck City Council by year end to get to the referendum by March.
Of course he says publicly that its not about "politics" just "solutions", but sources say we have heard his "solutions" before.
So exactly who are the PEOPLE CHARGED WITH ENVISIONING OUR FUTURE?
How and When will they be "involving" us?
What besides the CCF FHC/"ER" have they cooked up for "us"?

Brian,
When I saw that the city approached the Cleveland West Foundation for this project, I contacted a friend who has children that have benefited from their generosity. She informed me that the receptionist told her that many people that are affiliated with their Board are involved with the hospital ordeal. My friend has encouraged them to remove themselves from this, what she believes to be, a scam. I will be calling them next. I encourage anyone else with concerns about the hospital deal to do the same. Their telephone number is 216-476-7060.

If you wish to voice your concerns regarding the YMCA, do not bother going to the Greater Cleveland Office, you are better off to write to : Mr. Kevin Washington, President and CEO
, National Council of Young Men's Christian Association of the United States, 101 North Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois, 60606.
If enough people contact these two organizations with their concerns and fill them in on what is happening here in Lakewood, they may pay attention. Most groups such as these do not like bad publicity as it can effect their donations and I don't believe they would enjoy the possibility of being brought in to a law suit. FWIW
