Wasn't there supposed to be an Observer published Tuesday, November 24?

I haven't seen one anywhere.

What happened? Do tell, do tell.

Not sure about the 24th but there's a new edition as of the 27th, all over town right now. :D

They were on the streets Tuesday afternoon, and in all 157 locations by Wednesday at noon.

We held back the online version, because of wanting the holiday guide to get picked up, and we have some new volunteers working their way into the production cycle. So let;s just say I dropped the ball on the online version.

Just so you do not get surprised, we skip the end of the year, as we are all volunteers, and deserve the break, so after the next issue it will be 3 weeks until issue 12_01. We will be looking at a couple new ideas, and the seeing how the new advisory committee looks to steer the project.

Thank you for asking.

Mr. O'Bryan: In the interests of transparency, please tell us which members of the Observer team are not volunteers and receive compensation for their efforts.

Pasquale

Stop by the office, be happy to talk with you about it.

Mr. Manno

Perhaps I can do even better, than stopping by the office. Let me put together a coffee discussion with some of the Members, and Board and ask away. Would that be better for you? You seem troubled by this project. Much of it has been talked about here many times. I think it is also better to understand the concept of what the Observer Project really was created for. Both the staff and volunteers think it is long overdue to revisit the entire concept of the Observer and let everyone know how to get involved in their own way.

I had started to reschedule these next year as we acquired a couple sponsors for the event, but I am sure I could get one together in the next week or so.

Let me know.

Mr. O'Bryan: an answer to the question I posed does not require a meeting.

Once again, please provide some transparency and identify who at the Observer is paid for their efforts. And do so right here, where everyone can see it.

Please no more evasion. No more excuses. No more nonsense. Give use some facts and transparency.

My offer stands. Every time it was seriously asked in the past, it was done this way.

Why would I treat you any differently? We are a private S-Corp.

No offense Mr. Manno, but I doubt you would agree with anything I put here.

Do a search for Pay at Observer, and read what has been posted many, many, many times.

I just realized, you didn't care that we published, you were hoping we couldn't.

Pasquale,
If you really wanted a copy, you would know - or would ask - about where you could always find it. For instance, I had an article in so I went straight there. I'm not sure I should publicize it here as I'm sure Jim wants readers to go to the businesses and organizations that agree to distribute it for him.
