With numbers this close this should erase doubt for anyone who ever asked that age old question, "Does my vote even matter?"

Todd

I believe the rule is 3%, those in red would be reasons for recount.

Of course they will recount all votes in the School Board, but no where else.

During the "WestEnd Debacle" Jay Foran's term, the recount took one day with two teams of 5 each "side" counting and verifying.

The votes was a difference of 47 votes for Issue 47. One vote was found for "Anti-47" in the morning, and one vote for the "Pro-47" in the afternoon.

Now there were problems at various polling places early in the morning, but I believe they were corrected.

Not sure how they handle a tie.

They have to take the PARCC test. Highest score wins.

Good one, Phil! I heard the candidates could opt out though. Ha-ha.
