Summer's desperation robo-call

Yesterday evening I received a robo-call from Summers. He bragged about all he has done for Lakewood, his honest leadership and how much he cares about the future of Lakewood's healthcare. Unfortunately, I was not able to voice my concerns or questions to him. Once again, he has chosen to hide behind a robo-call so he doesn't have to answer any questions, especially about the hospital, the dramatic increase in robberies, (some armed), the numerous rapes he has hidden, assaults on our cops that are dismissed at Lakewood Courts, and the alleged back door deal he has made with his friends at LHA, LHF and CCF. Mr.Summers, you have thrown your own citizens under the bus by trying to take away our hospital. You did this behind our backs, with no regard for the Sunshine Law, with no regard for emergency response times that, yes, DO matter in a life and death situation. You are trying to put 1,500 people plus out of work, and by doing this you are hurting the small businesses in Lakewood.
When you were my councilman, I really liked you. You were friendly, helpful and were a great listener. Since becoming Mayor of Lakewood, sadly, I do not even know who you are anymore. In my opinion, you have become a liar and a cheat. It is with great sorrow that I can no longer back you. I hope the deal that you appear to have made with CCf is worth it. I don't see how you could put CCF in front of your 51,000 plus residents, and I may never know why you chose this route.
I feel that Lakewood is in need of new leadership. An honest and transparent person who understands the needs of all his citizens and not just the rich men's club members. I believe that Michael Skindell is the gentleman that needs to lead our city now.
