Board of Elections to test new Poll Books in Lakewood

I just heard on the news that the Board of Elections is going to be testing their new Poll Books tomorrow at four locations in Cleveland and Lakewood. I wonder why in the whole county, Lakewood just happened to be picked. Interesting.
