If It Is Such A Good Deal, Why The Lies And BS

Since this hospital debacle was uncovered, nearly a year ago, the city, LHA, and Build Lakewood have spent nearly $2 million in studies and spin, they have attacked everyone's credibility, while offering nothing back in the ways of facts.

SLH and Brian Essi through the courts have uncovered thousands of pages of PROOF, and all we have heard back is that Brian is mean spirited.

Not one fact has been shot down, no facts discovered by Brian have been corrected. The single biggest mistake was ambulance times.

Was it worth $2 million in spin and crisis management?

$2 million in public assets?

This has been the worst managed deal I have ever seen.

The lies are needed to keep the focus away from the biggest kept secrets:

1. Who is Summers planning to benefit with the 5.7 acres of land that will be cleared by using $26 million of our money to tear down the hospital?

2. Who is Summers planning to benefit with the new private foundation money he wants to create using $24 million of our money?

The "Healthiest City In America" lie is a red herring---Summers claims to want to promote health, but his plan is damaging to our health--especially the underserved.

Focus on the land and money, not Summers' head fakes.

Who would tear down a 108 year old institution without a plan to replace it?

Only someone who has a secret plan for development that he hopes to gain from.

It is staggering that half of Lakewood voted to give away $53 million+ to a private group yet to be formed or named.

Just kind of wild.
