Lakewood Citizen Spreading False Rumors

City Employee Rick Uldricks is using his "Lakewood Citizen" website to spread rumors about Mike Skindell.
For good measure, he is doing this on company time.
Yesterday property Bob Dobush put to rest the rumor that Mike Skindell "promised" to save the theater.
Here is the screenshot:
Despite this fact, Lakewood Citizen today posted the rumor on its Facebook page.
What kind of City Hall has public employees using work time to spread rumors about political opponents?

I doubt Skindell promised to save the theater. It's not savable. The only reason, as I understand it, that it is not down already is due to unforeseen cost associated with asbestos abatement. Guy wrote a story based on a bogus information posted on the Deck. That's funny.

No,his "Team Summers" playmate Todd Heckler came here to plant the story.
They have posted it elsewhere, too.
This entire non-story is a product of Team Summers and its operatives.

Someone founded this page in 2014.

Whoever runs it posted on October 23rd that Mr. Skindell was involved in helping to save it. When I read the Deck this morning and Mr. Dobush, the building's owner, said he knew nothing about this pledge, I asked the admin of that page how they were involved in the property because it appears that it is not the actual owner. Does anyone know who is running the FB page who is saying this?

Mike, We agree on something. Look out your window, are pigs flying?

I'm sure we agree on many things.
We both love Stan Austin (but then again, who doesn't?).
And I think we both now recognize the value of screen grabs.

I see this topic is hot on the Buzz, too, but there's no telling how many of the comments are from the LC editor. Two of the commenters are new.

This is pretty interesting.
Mike Deneen brought this to the attention of the Deck back in October and noted that the owner of Lakewood Citizen was posting falsehoods about Skindell, right before the election, and likely while at work for the city.
Todd Heckeler, another Build Lakewood crony then appeared on the Deck mocking Skindell for "saving" the theater. All the usual suspects chimed in, mocking Skindell, who was running against Summers. Sounds sort of like they planned it together, conspiracy like!
Here is the post made on the Lakewood Citizen on October 28, 2015. Note the screen captures! Ooh!

According to these public records, there is concrete proof that the owner of the Lakewood Citizen was, indeed, ON CITY TIME USING CITY COMPUTERS, working on his own media project, and posting stories to discredit Skindell.

See the October 28, 2015 entry on page 2.
It is increasingly clear that this person was placed in a taxpayer paid job but instead spent an awful lot of his time on his media project, promoting mayor Summers and mocking Summer's opponents.
That sounds pretty political to ME.

This should put to bed the whole "Why would City Hall hire a guy like that?" question.

There is NO excuse sufficient to account for the hiring of this person, or of the apparent lack of any oversight on hiring protocol. Where was the human resource department? Who recommended this person?

I believe his "computer skills" is exactly the reason why Lord Lakewood hired him. I don't believe it was because of his outstanding skills to serve the community at our expense!
