My avatar setting is disabled. How do I enable it so I can joke with Ryan Salo?
Ryan, what is the secret handshake so that I can enable my avatar?

Hey! I agree with Corey! My avatar setting is also disabled. I want one just like Ryan's!

Seriously though, I just click on User Control Panel, the Profile tab, then edit avatar. You just need to resize any image so it is 200 pixels wide.

I get the same message ... and I have for some time now.
I suggest LO "staff" provide an avatar creation tutorial.

From the FAQ:
How do I display an avatar?
Within your User Control Panel, under “Profile” you can add an avatar by using one of the four following methods: Gravatar, Gallery, Remote or Upload. It is up to the board administrator to enable avatars and to choose the way in which avatars can be made available. If you are unable to use avatars, contact a board administrator.

Could you restate that using the English language?
