Tele-call Tom Gable Hangs On When Faced With The Truth

Tonight I received the tele-town conference call from LHA. I did as instructed and pushed zero and asked my question. For the next forty minutes, I had to listen to Becky Patton, Dr. Jones, Tom Gable, MLM, and Haber talk about how the hospital was losing money and that if we tried to keep it, it would cost taxpayers money. MLM I believe said that they had documents from other groups besides Subsidium and Huron. Where are they? Apparently, the only thing Dr. Jones is knowledgeable on is prostates and how great it will be when they being pediatrics back to our glorified urgi-care center
I am so excited, the urgi-care center is going to have a CAT Scan, MRI, and X-Rays so they can take care of our trauma issues.
When it came time for my question, I asked why Ernst and Young showed Lakewood Hospital sustaining itself and also making a profit prior to the removal of services. I also asked why when I call to get any kind of appointment at Lakewood, why they insist I go to other facilities. Finally, I asked why they did not seek proposals from any other providers besides CCF. I then said thank you. After a brief pause, Tom Gable asked what my question was. I told him that I had asked my questions already. Then Mr. Gable asked me if I was asking about transportation. I then heard a female voice in the background before I was apparently cut off and the next caller began speaking.
Although not related to Gable, I recall MLM say that any citizen could bring up a referendum and that this one wasn't necessary and that we should be letting the city leaders do their jobs and that those seeking the referendum were getting in the way. My reply to MLM would be: Had you done your job in the first place and looked out for your citizens in Ward 5, the citizens wouldn't have had to seek a referendum. Ward 4 is more than Gold Coast Lane.
FWIW.
